The teachers, mentors from the educational activities, need to understand in depth about the philosophy and concept of KTSP, in a sense: what essential meaning from KTSP, where KTSP had to be brought or developed, what are the components that should be there, and how to develop it, etc.
Assuming that the teacher who most know about the level of development of the learners, the difference of individuals (individual) students, the atmosphere in the power absorbed, learning activities, as well as the means and resources available, it is within the authorized teachers to KTSP outlines and develops curriculum into the syllabus. Development of curriculum into this syllabus should be based on several things, among them: the content, concepts, skills, problems, as well as the interests of students.
It examines the basic standards of competence and competence as stated on the subjects of content standards, having regard to the following:
a. The order based on concept hierarchy of disciplines and or material hardship levels.
b. Linkages between standards of competence and basic competence in subjects.
c. Description of the standard of competence and basic competence among the subjects.
In the implementation, as described in the syllabus of instruction execution plan, implemented, evaluated, and acted upon by the respective teachers. The syllabus must be examined and developed on an ongoing basis having regard to the results of the evaluation of the results of the study’s input, the evaluation process (implementation of learning), learning and evaluation plan.
