Utilization of the computer, especially Microsoft Word 2007 is one of the teachers ‘ efforts in making use of the exiting learning resources. Microsoft Word 2007 is easy and to use and easily accessible because the software virtually there in all the latest computers. Use Microsoft Word as a medium of learning Geometry in JUNOR HIGH SCHOOL will contribute positively to both the teachers and the students.
Microsoft Office 2007 provided smartart graphic so that users can make all kinds of a graph. With a device smartart graphics we could make all kinds o waking geometry dimensions of 2 or 3 dimensions. Skill can be increased to study the aspect of geometry with a standard competence higher, for example to determine the value of phi.
From the description above conclusions may be drawn as follows :
a. Your use of Microsoft Word is relatively easy to do by the teacher because this software is present in almost every new generation of computers.
b. The use of Microsoft Word 2007 will increase the motivation and sense of pleasure in the study of geometry.
c. The students can use Microsoft Word 2007 to learn geometry either independently or though cooperation.
d. Using Microsoft Word 2007, students can initiate an investigation or an investigation into the concepts of geometry.
e. By the use of Microsoft Word 2007, the student can performs activities the problem solving or solving a problem mathematical.
f. By the use of Microsoft Word 2007, student can communicate the result either to a teacher nor to friend another.
